He attended Arizona State University (B.S.B.A., 1982) and Creighton University School of Law (J.D. 1988) before being admitted to practice in 1989 (Arizona and U.S. District Court, District of Arizona). Kelsi was born and raised in Phoenix, but has since moved to a few other states with her husband. She attended Arizona State University (B.A., 2011) and Regent University School of Law (J.D., 2014) before being admitted to practice in 2014 (Arizona).
